Our core clients are membership associations and health education-related businesses. We understand the heart and soul of these organizations are people. Our Team

Courtney Fray, MS // Operations & Communication Professional // DALLAS

Courtney Fray, MS is a Dallas-based expert in Operations, Communication, and Leadership Development with over 20 years experience. In the last 8 years, Courtney has grown her non-profit clients both financially and in national and international awareness. She works with non-profit Boards - most notably the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry (AADMD) and Special Care Dentistry Association (SCDA) to reach strategic, measurable goals, as well as manages (and refines) operations to maximize their efficiency - so they can focus on making a difference. She’s coordinated national and international educational conferences with partners like Special Olympics International, NYU, Penn, and UT Health. She’s secured influential, high-profile keynotes and panels - featuring Presidents or Chairpersons of the AMA, ADA, National Council on Disability, CDC and NIH. Before starting The Fray Agency in 2017, Courtney enjoyed an award-winning career in Marketing and Advertising at State Farm Insurance and Wal-Mart Corporate Headquarters as well as the Netherlands-based magazine SuperYacht Industry and the Texas-based oil and gas startup, Oryx Oilfield Holdings. She holds a Master’s in Advertising from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science, Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Arkansas. She lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with her husband, daughter and yellow lab, Emmy.

 

Teresa Colson, MBA // Partnerships & Fundraising Professional // CHICAGO

With over 20 years experience, Teresa Colson is a Chicago-based expert in strategic partnerships and fundraising. She doubled conference sponsorships for our client AADMD the first year she joined the account - and has maintained those sponsorship levels ever since. Teresa is a passionate and accomplished Marketing professional formerly employed by Accenture, Starcom & USA Today. Her past project work includes Top Pharmaceutical throughout the US. This past work experience made it an easy transition into becoming a lead fundraiser for non-profit clients. In addition, she assists with grant development, project management, conference planning, and finance management. She holds an MBA from DePaul University and lives in Chicago area with her husband, son, twin daughters and staffordshire terrier, Lola.

 

Kim Trerise // Business & IT Professional // PHOENIX

Kim is a Business and IT professional with a background in hospitality, administration, and systems development. Whether managing revenue, becoming the go-to Excel expert, or implementing new digital tools to streamline operations, Kim excels in analytical and solution-driven positions. Today, Kim applies her business and IT expertise to a mission-driven focus: serving the IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) community. She has found deep purpose in using her skills to enhance accessibility, implement effective IT solutions, and support both individuals and organizations within this space. Kim holds a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and lives in the Phoenix area with her husband, two sons and dogs Solo and Lando.
